If you are creative and open to trying new things, there are literally hundreds of workouts ready to be performed!
This is a short video of me working with some locals pulling up a Chinese fishing net. They told me that they pull the net up over a hundreds time per day! Trust me, it’s not easy. You have to pull with all you have, using your entire body. If the net is not pulled up quick enough, fish will escape from the net….and that means lost business! My cardiovascular system, core, lats, biceps and legs were all working extremely hard. I loved every minute of it.
